Stories in America
I host a daily public affairs radio show in San Francisco called Your Call. It airs from 11 am - noon PST on KALW 91.7 FM. I am also happy to report that I recently got a book deal with PoliPoint Press to write about my road trip through the heartland and the interviews I did with people about why they vote the way they do (or not). It's scheduled to be out in September.

Oh sure, it's a "great shirt"...if you enjoy contributing to global warming.
Every $100 spent on clothing produces 70 kilograms of greenhouse pollution. If you really want to make a statement to show off your concern about global warming -- go shirtless. And for those of you that really really really care -- go naked.
Another thing: Is this shirt cotton? And if so, what kind? As I'm sure you are all aware, Greenpeace has consistently opposed the use of genetically modified cotton, a stand that contributes to the need for more water use and larger areas for cultivation.
No need to thank me...I'm just doing my part to help out good 'ol Mother Gaia....
Well, if you must have the shirt, go ahead, buy it. Just make sure you score some carbon offsets to offset the damage. And what better way to do that than KILLING BULLWINKLE!!!
