Colgate Buys Tom's of Maine Toothpaste

First Coke bought Odwalla and now Colgate is buying Tom's of Maine for $100 million cash. They always say the product will stay the same, but in a deal like this, change is inevitable. Interestingly, the packaging will not identify the company as a Colgate subsidiary. Let me know if you're familiar with any other brands of chemical-free toothpaste.
