Alito's Hearing

In case you didn't notice, Senator Feinstein is the only one woman who will be asking Alito questions. Kind of pathetic, considering he's being questioned for one of the most important jobs in this country. Perhaps even more pathetic is the fact that there is only one woman on the Supreme Court.

When Senator Kennedy was asking questions about executive power, the Fox News banner on the bottom of the screen said: ALITO WAS CLASS VALEDICTORIAN IN HIGH SCHOOL CLASS

Why do Alito's genitals deserve more attention than his education?

You see nothing wrong with the fact that the Supreme Court of the United States is comprised of only one woman? And only one woman is on the judiciary committee?

I'm not sure I get this...Is their some sort of significance to the harmonic convergence of Kennedy's questions and Alito's academic record?

The Supreme Court of the United States is comprised of nine Justices. I don't care if there are nine women, no women, or any number in between. Genitals are not relevant to their jobs (or the jobs of U.S. Senators).
